| Shipping Rates:
For Canadian and US customers, add 10% (except for oversize/overweight items...we will email you a freight quote if the items you select are oversized/overweight and you can decide to confirm or cancel your order). Minimum shipping and handling charge is $12.95.
For other international customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping Estimates:
Most of the items listed in our "Express Shopping" section will ship within 2 business days.
For the rest of our catalogue, if everything you ordered is in stock, we estimate between 10-14 business days from the time your order is processed (2 business days). Please keep in mind this is only an approximation. Due to circumstances out of our control (i.e., border delays, international holidays) your order could be delayed. We will notify you if we forsee any delays.
Processing Time:
We typically process orders within 2 business days.
Shipping Practises:
We pride ourselves on providing a wide variety of quality products. Some of our products are shipped directly from our international distributors to reduce transit times. As you have probably noticed, this allows us to offer more competitive pricing.
Tax Rate:
We charge 5% tax on all orders.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Purchase Orders (from approved institutions), and Money Orders
Exchange/Refund Policy: We do not offer exchanges or refunds as many of the products are special order (final sale items). If you receive a damaged parcel, please have the carrier record the damages before you receive it. Then, notify us of the damages. Furniture that has been ordered according to your preference (size, colour, etc.) is a final sale. |
